目前随着大城市汽车数量的增加，停车面积日趋紧张，正确处理车辆停放问题，对解决
城市交通拥挤，减少交通事故，提高交通能力，加速城市运转速度很有意义。针对目前北京
市特点，我们设计的几种车库，主要是简易型全液压式停车设备及PLC 控制的升降横移式
停车设备，并己用在现场，用户反映很好。
下面简单介绍己成熟的三种立体机械化车库设备。
一.全液压式小型车库，单机存放6 辆以下的车库（地面式和半地面式两类）。
工作原理:地面式车库有机械式和液压传动式两种机型.下层存车直接将车开入便可.若
存取上层车,只要开动传动机构,使载车板上升或下降到位便可。半地面式车库动作如下:上载
车板升起, 下载车板也升起至地面,将车开进下载车板,开动传动机构, 载车板下降至地下;
上载车板再下降至地面,车便可开进存入。
１)该设备适于家庭及小型车库或有人管理的大型停车场.这类车库特点是造价低,便于
维修,操作简单,便于组合,一次性投资较少。
２)能将原停车场在短时间内改进成双倍装机量的车库.
３)缺点是:地面式车库下层车须开出后,上层车才能下来;对于组合车库,为了避免上述缺
点,须有人按时间顺序存取.. 半地面式车库可克服上述缺点,但须地下施工,造价相对高些.
二.升降横移式7－9 车位车库设备简介
本车库主要由以下几部分组成
1) 横移托板：
横移托板由型钢与钢板焊接而成，其中传动部分由带制动电机及摆线针轮减速机组成，
其功能是由电控控制其横向移动，
2) 提升托板：
提升托板由钢结构焊接而成，其提长由钢丝绳通过八对滑轮，由电机，三合一减速机双
头滚筒组成，其功能是将上层车库的车提升到规定的位置，当需要时将车平衡地放到地平面
使司机可将车开出。
3) 提升装置：完成对上述机构的提升工作。
4) 框架：
框架由在型型钢组成可拆装架体，在本设计中承受上五个车位及所有装置的重量。
5) 防坠落保护装置：
由液压张紧系统，四联杆机构及安全钩组成，其功能是防止一旦提升系统出现故障时保
障上、下层车辆的安全，该系统在上层提升托板上升、下降中相应开合，以达到保护功能。
6)控制部分：.
全部采用PLC 控制。
经济效益及市场分析：
１)适应性较强，既适用于新建大型公共场所停车场的需要，也适应老车库改造，同时
还适应临时大型公用场合。
２)自动化程度高：具备多种自我保护功能，使普通司机均可操作，同时也有防止误入
操作区的红外线保护系统。
３)与同种设备相比，重量较轻，结构简单，造价相对比较低。
４)整体设备安全可靠，电器部分采用进口电控系统，液压式则采用进口小泵站。
