1、飞轮转子材料研究、飞轮结构设计、高速转子动力学研究，飞轮转子是飞轮储能系统中的核心部件之一，存储在飞轮中的能量取决于飞轮的质量分布和转速，转速越高，高速旋转产生的离心力越大，转速过高可能造成飞轮的破裂，飞轮一旦破裂，其破坏力极大，因此飞轮的转速与飞轮的材料紧密相关。高速下飞轮转子产生的离心力需小于飞轮材料的屈服强度。飞轮转子的材料一般选用强度很高的玻璃纤维或碳纤维等符合材料，但在低速时也可采用高强度钢和铝合金作为飞轮材料。因此在不同的应用转速下，飞轮正确的选取高强度、低密度的材料对实现高储能量密度至关重要。 　　2、高速磁悬浮轴承应用研究：磁悬浮轴承分为主动磁轴承和被动轴承两种，前者通过载流线圈主动控制转子位置，当采用永磁体提供偏执磁场时，也可称作混合磁悬浮轴承。后者单纯利用永磁磁场，不可主动控制。电机转子有多个自由度，可以由主动磁轴承和被动磁轴承混合限制。为实现转子的稳定运转，其中至少一个自由度需要由AMB控制。与其他类型的轴承相比，AMB完全无接触，不需要润滑，刚度和阻尼可以自由调整，从而可以在整个速度范围内调节轴系的动态性能。 　　3、高速电机设计：电机是飞轮储能系统的核心动力部件，飞轮储能系统的机械能与电能之间的转换是以电机及其控制为核心来实现的，储能时，电机作为电动机运行，由外界电能驱动电动机，从而带动飞轮转子加速旋转至设定的某一转速，飞轮储存能量；释放能量时，电机又作为发电机运行，向外输送电能。高效率的电动/发电机是能量高效传递的关键。 　　4、充电放电双向电力电子变流器：电力电子变流器是飞轮储能系统重要组成部分，是飞轮储能系统的能量转换控制部分，其能量转换效率对飞轮储能系统的整体效率有直接的影响。电力电子变化装置通过控制电机，实现电能与机械能的相互转换。电网的输入电能经过电力电子变压器装置变换后供给电机，而电机的输出电能也是经过电力电子变换装置逆变反馈回电网。 　　5、飞轮储能系统抽真空系统及其冷却系统研究。真空室作用主要有二:一是提供真空环境,以降低风损;二是屏蔽事故。真空度对系统效率是一主要决定因素。目前国际上真空度一般可达10-5pa量级。由于真空中没有空气对流，热量只能通过热辐射和材料的热传导来消除。 拟合作内容： 1、充电放电双向电力电子变流器设计，从驱动电机考虑，建立双向电力电子变流器系统模型，并实现双向控制。在设计中，利用Matlab仿真软件，搭建相关硬件拓扑，并对相关软件控制策略进行仿真，研究其在不同工况下的运行情况，对比不同控制参数对系统稳定性的影响。河北工大负责充电放电双向电力电子变流器设计及样机制造，中车公司负责产品工程化及批量生产制造。2、中车公司负责研制具有自主知识产权的飞轮储能系统技术方案，通过理论分析、数值计算，搭建试验平台对自主方案进行验证,为实现批量生产奠定坚实基础。
