锥管、葫芦形管拔制、螺旋管（杆）高效拔制、方矩管顶推成型等新工艺与设备。锥管
拔机采用全液压驱动，具有国内外创新结构，它的设计完成及应用必将带来良好的经济效益
和应用前景。锥管、葫芦形管（纵向变径管）被广泛地用作各种形式的散热器管、灯杆、旗杆及装饰
杆件，纵向变厚度管用于管端加工内外螺纹等方面。仅以灯杆为例，随着我国城市公路、立
交桥、高速路网的发展，特别是国家开发西部战略的实施，灯杆用锥管的需求市场巨大。
灯杆用锥管分析：
根据《中华人民共和国电杆标准》规定，灯杆分木质杆、水泥杆、钢质杆等。大端直径
Φ200-Φ500mm，长8 米，10 米，12 米，常用锥度1:200。
木质杆现在已基本被淘汰不用了，水泥杆太重，运输、抢修损坏均不方便。我国南方有
些城市开发出陶瓷灯杆，虽然外形美观，但强度太差。
钢质灯杆具有多方面的优势，近年来，
在国内外得到迅速的发展。
钢质灯杆有焊接、拔制等生产方式。焊接法生产灯杆用锥管首先要将板坯裁成梯形，再
经冷弯成六棱（八棱）锥管或连续成型为圆锥形管。生产率低、材料利用率也很低。我们开
发的圆锥形管、葫芦形管的拔制生产工艺和设备在世界上属于首创。
可拔制生产复合管（外层为不锈管，内层为碳钢管），省去了灯杆镀层（镀锌或喷塑）
处理工序（无环保限制了），还可拔制各种形式的散热器管（Φ25 左右）。
应用前景：
以全国一年建设公路（市区和洲际公路）30 万公里估算，以一公里需灯杆约134 根，
每根灯杆高12 米计，全国一年内所需灯杆约：
134 × 3×105 ×12 = 48240 万米
以国内所需灯杆的十分之一为钢质锥形灯杆计，在不计旧灯杆的改造所需情况下，以高
效拔制生产，年产可达50 万米计算，仅满足国内市场也尚需拔制机
4824 ÷ 50 = 96.48 台
同时在解决好坯管材质、规格、质量情况下，开拓灯杆用锥形钢管国际市场的潜力很大。
目前国内使用钢质锥形灯杆尚处在起步阶段，旗杆、家具用杆、装饰杆件（较小口径，合金
材质）也已开始批量使用锥形管。
锥形管、葫芦形管新拔制生产工艺与焊接工艺相比，生产率和材料利用率方面均有大的
提高。外形也更加美观，特别是可方便的实现纵向变锥度锥管生产。
投资概况：
坯管情况如下：
热轧无缝钢管 ： 5200—6200 元/吨 ， 宝钢，天津钢管公司，成都钢管厂等。
大口径直缝焊管 ： 4400—5200 元/吨 ， 宝鸡钢管厂，番禺焊管厂，徐州光环焊管厂等。
以焊管生产为例，保守概算：管坯平均价格为4800 元/吨，成品锥管售价平均7900 元/
吨，扣除各项消耗费用,以获纯利1600 元/吨计，年获利润可达1600（元/吨）×3000（吨/年）
=480 万元。
主要生产设备：液压拔机。设备造价：约250～480 万元。
