利用静电除尘原理，采用新型耐酸碱腐蚀性优良的柔性阳极材料，整套装置细颗粒物去除效率 83~87%，协同脱除酸雾>80%，水雾>95%，汞>70%，系统可靠，零碱耗、零水耗、零废水、无腐蚀，适用于钙法\氨法脱硫和硫酸脱氨尾气治理。经过以中国工程院秦裕琨院士为主任、任阵海院士为副主任的鉴定委员会鉴定，为国内唯一拥有完全自主知识产权的湿式静电除尘技术，成果达国际领先水平。
技术特点：
1、柔性电极湿式静电除尘技术是国内唯一拥有完全自主知识产权的湿式静电除尘技术，共申请专利 28 项，已获得发明专利 3 项（获得美国发明专利 1 项），实用新型专利 11项。2014年本技术荣获度国家教育部技术发明奖。
2、技术成熟领先。除尘效率高达 85%，比市场平均水平高 10%，而且能够协同去除 SO 3 、NH 3 、汞等污染物，PM2.5 去除率大于 95%，酸雾去除率大于 80%，水雾去除率大于 95%，汞去除率大于 70%。经过国际权威细颗粒物监测专业仪器监测，三河电厂湿式除尘器出口烟尘平均浓度稳定在 3mg/Nm 3 以下。整体系统可靠，零碱耗、零水耗，消除设备腐蚀和废水排放风险，达到世界先进水平。
3、国内业绩最多，装置安全可靠。目前，该技术已应用于国内 14 个电厂 26 台机组，总装机达 6000MW，最长运行已达 5 年，国内燃煤机组项目运行时长远超过国内外同类技术，累计实现烟尘细颗粒物减排 3000 吨。装备核心材料具有优良的耐低温腐蚀性能，完全满足在饱和湿烟气环境中长期运行。同时柔性电极具有自清灰功能，极大降低了极板结垢的风险。
4、设备安装成本低，运行费用省。在同等除尘效率下，柔性电极湿式静电除尘设备由于比集尘面积大，造价相对较低。同时，系统简单，无碱液冲洗及废水处理系统，辅助设施少，零碱耗、零水耗，消除设备腐蚀和废水排放风险，运行成本比传统玻璃钢极板湿式除尘设备低 40%，比不锈钢极板湿式除尘设备低 50%。
技术效果：
降低白色烟羽的不透明度，烟羽拖尾长度大幅缩减；解决湿法脱硫烟气携带气溶胶颗粒物排放导致的“二次污染”问题；可替代静电除尘器改造、具备联合脱除效能，不仅可满足重点地区烟尘特别排放限值要求，也可达到燃机烟尘超低排放标准（≦5mg/Nm 3 ), 实现煤炭清洁高效利用；实现微细粉尘、SO 3 酸雾、浆液滴等酸性气溶胶污染物高效联合脱除，减轻烟囱腐蚀压力； PM2.5 脱除效率高，可满足更高的环保要求。
