本项目的目标是开发新一代全数字化高档数控系统（五轴），研究相关软硬件核心技术，提升南通市及我国高档数控系统的自主技术创新和产业化能力，在高速立、卧式加工中心，精密立、卧式加工中心，五轴联动加工中心，高速数控车床及车削中心，卧式车铣复合加工中心等高档数控机床上配套应用，形成批量生产能力。

(1) 基于前瞻功能的连续微小线段轨迹运动控制算法基于超声波加工运动特性及动力学特性分析，提出“速度规划单元”和“速度等级” 概念。实现了具有前瞻功能的连续微小线段轨迹速度规划算法。
该算法根据读入轨迹段的几何特性及动力学特性自适应实现超声波加工轨迹插补中的速度控制，在保证轨迹精度的前提下，尽可能地提高超声波加工速度；根据微段速度规划策略，实现了针对连续微小线段轨迹的插补算法。插补算法可正确确定微段插补过程中每一步的轨迹坐标，并解决插补过程中的终点判断问题。
(2) 柔性加减速控制算法实现了对插补轨迹进行精确控制以及对加速度和加加速进行控制。优异的加减速控制算法可以避免超声波加工中心的冲击、振动，并在不增加系统运算量的情况下使得整个插补过程能够平滑快速执行。本部分工作实现了直线型加减速、S 型加减速。此外由于轨迹插补和速度规划的离散性，重点实现了轨迹末端的速度平滑处理，即“尾巴处理”，使整个插补过程平滑进行。
(3) NURBS 曲线插补及速度平滑控制实现了具有轨迹预读功能的 NURBS 曲线运动规划算法。针对 NURBS 曲线的轨迹几何特征，实现了基于“规划单元”的速度规划和参数插补算法。给出 NURBS 预读策略和速度规划算法，通过规划单元的预读、规划单元间转接速度的调整和规划结果的及时输出保证了插补的实时性；实现了 NURBS 曲线规划单元的参数插补方法。为了适应采用的轨迹预读算法，提出“重叠拼接法，实现了相邻两个 NURBS 曲线的光滑转接。
机床精度补偿技术研究：
(1) RTCP 技术实现了旋转刀具中心点编程 RTCP(Rotation Tool Centre Point)。RTCP 功能采用将以往在CAM 中的由机床配置引起坐标变换移植到 CNC控制器中在坐标插补之后进行的策略,即采用先插补后转换的机制来彻底消除坐标旋转而引起的非线性误差，提高加工精度。 (2)空间刀具补偿技术实现了空间刀具补偿。测量超声波工具直径与伸出长度，并确定最佳工作间隙，以及在此工艺条件下去除的材料厚度，将三者之和作为“工具补偿参数”通过分析超声波头与零件之间关系，开发适应不同情况的刀具补偿矢量计算方法。根据补偿指令方法的使用方式，实现了工具补偿的建立与取消方法。实现了补偿过程中由于补偿平面的改变而引起的工具干涉情况。
(3)误差补偿技术除了 RTCP 和空间刀补外，实现了反向间隙补偿、螺距误差补偿。
控制系统体系结构研究：
(1) 运动控制总线实现了与伺服驱动器的通信。运动控制总线的国际标准较多，在不开发伺服驱动器的条件下，只能采用某一国际标准。本系统实现了两个标准：(1)基于以太网物理层的 SERCOS III 标准，该标准是欧系数控系统的主力标准，有大量的高性能伺服驱动器可供选择；(2)基于 RS485 物理层的 Mechatrolink II 标准，该标准由安川开发，伺服驱动器价格相对低，具有成本优势。
(2) 位置控制算法实现了对电机的位置控制。本系统采用目前成熟稳定的带有前馈的 PID 控制实现位置环，闭环周期 100s。传统的 PID 是典型的反馈控制，虽然具有稳定的优点，但是需要误差已经产生后才能改变输出，进而实现对目标值的跟踪，因此从根本上是无法避免跟踪误差的。而前馈控制可以将目标值处理后直接向前传递，达到系统快速响应和跟踪的目的，理论上可以实现对目标值的零误差跟踪。
(3) PLC 相关技术实现了梯形图的编辑、编译、运行、调试功能。同时提供 PC Windowns 环境下的梯形图编辑、编译环境。
二、对国家产业结构影响通过本项目的实施，将极大促进我国自主高档数控机床产业的整体进步，形成打破国外技术垄断和产品封锁的知识产权利器，使国产高档数控机床及高档数控系统在国内外市场上具有核心竞争力和自主权。
应用范围：
本项目的目标是开发新一代全数字化高档数控系统，研究相关软硬件核心技术，提升我国高档数控系统的自主技术创新和产业化能力，在高速立、卧式加工中心，精密立、卧式加工中心，五轴联动加工中心，高速数控车床及车削中心，卧式铣车（车铣）复合加工中心等高档数控机床上配套应用，形成批量生产能力。
市场前景：
本项目国内市场需求量巨大，基本来自国民经济基础行业，需求稳定，随着我国工业化、现代化建设的高速发展，高档数控系统的市场需求还将保持增长的势头。因此，本项目市场风险较小。
本项目产品在国内外市场上都是符合市场需求的。本项目产品的研制成功将提升中国的高档数控机床产业核心竞争力，将加速推进装备制造业及其他相关传统产业的产业改造和提升，保障了国防安全及军工行业的需求。

投资规模：
该项目的投资基本上是技术投资，研发国际先进的五自由度高档数控系统，投资约 500 万元，占地面积 100 平米，初期人员 8 人左右。合作方式：技术入股加入门费
